Welcome

The intended audience I hope to reach are those struggling with loss and do not know how to handle it. It is also for those who have gone through a difficult period in their life and are struggling to understand what lies before them. To that pilgrim who is struggling with a chemical or substance addiction and it has control over their lives. I want to reach out to the person who feels stuck in a relationship that seems hopelessly lost. To the one whose job is a dread every day. I hope to reach out to that church member who is so disillusioned with their life and wonders why bother getting out of bed each morning.

This book is for any one of us who struggles to face a new day and comes to the end of the day unfulfilled and defeated.  We are all that way from time to time but there are so many who feel this way day in and day out.

The spiritual need I hope this book will do is to get the reader to understand the importance of beginning the new day without the clutter of the day before so that their spirit can receive what the new day will bring to them. It will also help those who have had a particularly difficult day and their anxiety is beyond sleep.

Finally, it is my hope that through the words of encouragement provided for each day, the reader will journal with their thoughts and feelings that will give them a new attitude about their new day and the confidence to let go of that day as it comes to the end.
